"THE HOW AND WHY OF DICTATORSHIPS"
A Lecture by Miss Lisa Sergio
(November 1966)
Many years ago, while a freshman at Bluefield College, I was fortunate to hear an address by Miss Lisa Sergio as part of the school's annual lecture-concert series.  She gave three lectures, one of which was most interesting on how and why dictatorships develop in a country.

There is a brief biography of her on this page, as well as one of the other lectures she gave, "The Power of Youth in World Affairs."  In addition, I have included an interview she gave which gives an interesting insight into her life and background in pre-WW2 Italy.
